"Red Shoes" by Kenn Duncan and Studio 54 Invitation

A 1984 party invitation for "A Christmas Celebration of Kenn Duncan's Red Shoes" at Studio 54. Hosted by John Blair, McGaw Graphics and Universe Books. Comes with a signed edition of the book.

 

Duncan worked as a principal photographer for After Dark and Dance Magazine. His photographs also regularly appeared in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Life, Time, and Newsweek.

 

In addition, he photographed a score of Broadway shows, including Hair, Applause, The Elephant Man, and Sophisticated Ladies and many dance and Broadway stars including Chita Rivera, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Carol Channing and Angela Lansbury.
